In 2021, I spearheaded the Keeaumoku Villas project, focused on creating compelling marketing visuals for its apartments. Crafting a detailed BIM model and generating captivating 3D renders, including both exterior and interior visuals alongside 3D floor plans, proved pivotal in spotlighting the apartments’ architectural allure and lifestyle potential.
