Baker Residence

In 2020, I contributed to the redesign of Baker Residence, a collaborative condominium project. My responsibilities included creating construction drawings, a Building Information Modeling (BIM) model, and 3D renders. The focus was on precision and efficiency, ensuring the seamless execution of the interior designer’s vision. The BIM model, integrating valuable data, served as a dynamic tool for enhanced collaboration. Immersive 3D renders provided a straightforward preview of the redesigned Baker Residence, allowing stakeholders to visualize the sophisticated transformation. This project exemplifies the successful fusion of technical expertise and design creativity.
