I bring a unique blend of expertise in drafting CAD drawings, creating ultra-realistic renders, advising on BIM standards, and coordinating teams for seamless project execution.
As an Autodesk Revit Certified Professional and a Registered Engineer (R.Eng), I’m dedicated to delivering efficient, accurate, and cost-effective BIM services. My mission is to exceed client expectations through a commitment to excellence.

Our collaboration begins with a thorough consultation where we discuss your architectural needs. This includes not only spatial and design preferences but also your desire for accurate project estimations and the utilization of BIM technology. This initial agreement serves as the groundwork for a comprehensive architectural process that integrates the latest advancements in the field.
In this phase, we not only conceptualize designs but also lay the groundwork for a detailed BIM model. I explore creative architectural concepts that align with your vision while simultaneously considering the practicalities of construction. Through 3D modeling, we can visualize how the design integrates into the existing environment. Simultaneously, we begin considering material quantities and costs for accurate estimations.
Moving into the design studio, I utilize BIM software to create a detailed model that goes beyond aesthetics. This model serves as a digital representation of your project, incorporating architectural design, spatial relationships, and construction details. During this phase, I also use BIM to generate precise estimations, allowing for a more accurate understanding of the project’s financial scope.
With the comprehensive BIM model and accurate estimations in hand, we move into the construction phase. The BIM model serves as a collaborative tool, fostering communication between stakeholders and ensuring that the construction process aligns seamlessly with the design intent. Estimations guide the project in terms of budget and resource allocation, providing a solid foundation for successful implementation.
